Wallet will not connect

• Use a wallet-enabled browser or Coinbase Wallet.
• Confirm the wallet is unlocked and approve the connection request.
• Switch to Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663.
• As of September 1, 2026, WalletConnect QR support is not enabled.

Launch button is disabled

Mainnet submission is intentionally safety-gated. As of September 1, 2026, PONS V2 reports that its audits remain in progress. You can still review live terms and prepare the transaction. A connected wallet must also pass the protocol’s live eligibility check and exact-call simulation.

Missing explorer or analytics data

The current explorer reads a recent bounded block window. Try Refresh, verify the address on Blockscout, or choose a recent PONS V2 token. “Unavailable” means CryptoStdio does not have a reliable source for that metric and will not invent one.

AI request did not run

Complete the human-verification challenge and try again. Public limits currently protect the service from automated abuse. If the daily limit is reached, wait for it to reset.

Before reporting a problem

Record the page, approximate time, wallet address or transaction hash if relevant, and the exact error text. Do not include wallet secrets. CryptoStdio support email is being configured; until it is published here, use the same trusted channel through which you received access to the project.
