Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of CryptoStdio and the MemeForge RH creation, intelligence, launch-preparation, and analytics tools.
Effective September 1, 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice and Risk Disclosure. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain and token-related services in your jurisdiction.
2. Non-custodial software
CryptoStdio does not hold your funds, private keys, seed phrases, or tokens. Your wallet controls authorization and signing. You are solely responsible for reviewing every network, address, fee, parameter, and transaction before approval.
3. Third-party protocols
The service reads from and may prepare transactions for independent systems including Robinhood Chain, PONS, wallet providers, RPC providers, block explorers, AI providers, and storage providers. We do not control or guarantee those systems. Their terms and failures may affect you.
4. AI-generated material
Names, descriptions, artwork directions, social drafts, and interpretations may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, infringing, or unsuitable. You must review and have the rights to anything you publish or launch. AI output is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, malware, deceptive tokens, honeypots, hidden ownership, wash trading, artificial volume, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or unlawful activity. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.
6. Public artwork storage
When you approve IPFS publication, generated artwork becomes public and may remain retrievable outside CryptoStdio’s control. Do not publish confidential, personal, unlawful, or third-party material you lack permission to distribute.
7. Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions can be permanent. Tokens can lose all value. Fees may be non-refundable, transactions can fail, and displayed estimates may differ from execution. Read the full risk disclosure before connecting a wallet.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoStdio and its contributors are not liable for lost funds, token losses, lost profits, data loss, contract failures, wallet compromise, third-party outages, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
